Look like things are getting hot for the rapper Nelly.

Last spring Nelly was arrested in Nashville after a search of his tour bus turned up weed, molly, methamphetamine and several handguns.

Nelly denied all involvement with the drugs and guns, but he was charged with a felony drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of marijuana.

Putnam County District Attorney Brian Dunaway is now moving forward with the drug case, which could put Nelly behind bars for eight to 12 years on the felony drug charge alone. Nelly’s case was sent to a grand jury Oct. 28, and they’ll have until Nelly’s next court date next month to officially charge him or throw the case out.

A grand jury is the first steps that could be possible for Nelly case being brought to trail.

We really hope Nelly case doesn't go to trail because if it does it will not look good for him.
