Kendrick Perkins Out Indefinitely

The New Orleans Pelicans states there is timetable for how long the veteran center Kendrick Perkins will need to come back.

Perkins was hurt this past Saturday night in a 134-120 loss to the Golden State Warriors. Perkins started in the first 3 games before his pectoral injury. Perkins has averaged 5.3 points and 2.7 rebounds per game this season.

The Pelicans have a backup center Alexis Ajinca and they will rotate forward player Anthony Davis to that spot when needed.
