If You Are Black In Alabama It Just Got A Little Harder For You To Vote

Eight predominately black ruraly counties has closed their DMVs across the state of Alabama. Those largely african american eight counties were also the counties that voted for President Obama in 2008 and 2012. Each county makes up little more than 75 percent of african- americans. Some expect that this will invite a Justice Department investigation. So will there be a civil rights lawsuit?
